eyelids, around eyebrow, near nose

I have these tiny hard granules just under my skin, I got one out with a sterilized needle and tweezers, it was white, hard as a rick and about the size of a grain of sand I have like a cluster of six on right eyelid below eyebrow and along the inside edge of my nose, and have about ten in same place on left eye...I don't have oily or dry skin, rarely wear make up, and never use lotion on my eyelids, they r extremely irritating...help???

I'm not sure what those lesions might be, but I definitely would not endanger yourself by attempting to remove them with a needle, sterilized or not, one slip and you could puncture your eye.  Make an appointment with your physician for his opinion on it, and/or a possible ophthalmology appointment.  Good luck!

Do a search under "whiteheads" and see if this is consistent with what you're experiencing.

Best wishes.
