[39m] Burning when urinating and twitching in the testicles area

For the past 2 months, I have had burning sensation when urinating (increases when I don’t drink well). I also feel unpainful twitching in the testicles area which usually happens after an erection or ejaculation. I did lab work and below are my results:
- mixed growth with doubtful significance
- Trace of RBC in Urine
- blood work all normal except for basophils (0.22 *10^9/L and 3.9%)

In 2014, I had a hemicolectomy to remove a neuroendocrine tumor from the Appendix.

Does all this have any useful indication?
