hey dude. sorry to read this. Have you gotten your follow up yet? what is the latest.
How old are you?
There are a bunch of things this could be, so don't panic (yeah, I know) -
https://www.webmd.com/men/peyronies-disease#1 - you don't mention a lot of the symptoms that go along with this, but I'm including it anyway, just in case
Lymphoceles are quite common - https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/326387#lymphocele
I know you're thinking cancer. I sure would be too, but penile cancer is rare. The American Cancer Society estimates about 2,300 cases of penile cancer are diagnosed in the US each year. So yes, it's possible, but it's more likely to be something else.
Definitely do your follow up, and let us know how it goes.
My follow up is this Thursday via a phone consultation due to covid19. I have now found a smaller seed like lump on my left testicle. I’m also feeling pain in left hip and groin and behind left knee. I will let you know how things go. I’ve seen a lot of posts on here stating symptoms but hardly any follow up so I will try my best. I’m 38 by the way. Garfast81
I asked about your age, because men over 30 are more likely to get the fibromatosis.
Definitely let your doc know what you feel in your testicle. Maybe call tomorrow and let them know you feel another lump? That may be need to be assessed in person rather than dealt with in a phone call.
Definitely keep us posted and hang in there.
I had my phone consultation with urologist and he said as their is no signs of blood flow to the lump on ultra sound it is likely to be some benign growth. Plus where the lump is on my penis shaft does not follow how cancer usually presents itself on penis. He also said that nothing showed up on ultrasound with regards to this very small lump I found on left testicle.
I’m waiting for an appointment now to go in a see him so he can feel the lump on penis.
I will have the appointment within the next 2 weeks. Will probably find out next week when it is. I’m hoping it’s just a matter of him checking it and saying everything is ok. Then this nightmare is over.
