Testicle and lower abdominal
I normally get this pain when im at work sitting in front of my computer most often in fact everyday at work. It affects my right testicle and when i press my lower abdominal area i feel the pain and my back becomes stiff actually my lowen spine. The pain worsen when im touching my testicles and it becomes severe when erection happens. I have to either lie down or loosen or unbutton my belt and/or take off my tight underwear. Been to doctors and urologist but nothing helped. I cannot even wear anything with a belt or too tight it hurts sometimes i cannot walk up straight when pain is severe.
