Bike Riding Penile Numbness, Orgasm Anhedonia

Hi Doc,

I've been bike riding since about 2007 and since then my penile skin and orgasm sensation has been diminishing over time. The pressure of the seat has been right on my perineum, groin and where the butt meets the leg (around the ischium).

When I ejaculate, I can feel the ejaculation exit as if I'm urinating but without the pleasurable sensations. I do, however, feel pleasurable sensations in my testicles from the orgasms and from touch there; this is not the case with the shaft. The orgasm sensation, as you know, travels from the anal region, testicles, to the base of the shaft all the way to the tip. Mine just travels from the testicles and ends at the first quarter of the base at most, nothing mid-shaft to the tip. I also have trouble urinating. And when I have a prolonged erection and ejaculate, its as if something blocks the flow of semen and makes me more numb. Could it be the prostate is out of place or acting up? Urine culture is negative and my testosterone level is low: 300 ng/dl. NSAIDS and supplements do nothing for numbness. Vitamin supplements help erections a little.

Any suggestions or theories as to what this could be physically in me? I'm positive it has to do with pressure from the seat over the years. Not looking for a definite answer, just theories, as I know it's impossible to know without an examination. Thanks.
