Brown semen and occasional numb pain in right testicle.

Hello, yesterday I saw that my semen had a brownish tint to it. Last week, I had pain in my right testicle which hasn't gone away (Alongside constipation) I was also hit in that area with a ball before the pains. I'm wondering what should I do and is it serious at all?

I am 15, a virgin and never done anything sexual.

Thank you for your time.

Hello,
This looks like trauma to the genitalia which is causing brown semen. Apply cold compresses and take some anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen. If the symptoms persist then get hematospermia ruled out from a urologist. Blood in semen can be caused by many conditions affecting the male genitourinary system. These include infections like herpes,Chlamydia, cytomegalovirus, trichominiasis ; inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis), epididymis (epididymitis), or urethra (urethritis) etc.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi,

I know you hate this response but see your doctor. If your semen has a brownish tint to it, that indicates that there is blood in your semen. Having blood in your semen once or twice is not unusual for men. But for it to accompany pain in the testicle is not normal. You need to see your doctor. Especially since you mention being hit by a ball. Do not be embarrassed, Doctors deal with far more embarrassing issues than this.
