Burning pain , and discomfort in enis

Hi,
My name is David and am 29 years old male . i have been facing since almost 1 month ,some problems concerning urinary system . Mild pain when urinating , and the sensation is increasing and decreasing sometimes , it;s like something is stuck inside ( just trying to describe the real sensation ) . sometimes mild pain in the lower abdomen and sometimes pain in the lower back ( and the tip of the penis and penis discomfort ) . i have done a couple of urine tests , the result was negative , no sign of infection and no sign of bacteria . there is some sand in urine . No blood in urine , no blood in semen , but also mild pain when ejaculating . Can someone advice me about what is happening ?

Thank you for your reply , but sand or stone will make sharp pain in the kidneys , which is not my case and the burning sensation is not from urine its in the penis sometimes . i am thinking that maybe a prostate problem :( , and the feeling not also so comfortable when ejaculating . the sensation is not so bothering but just feeling that there is something not right . what do you think ?

But the more I think of it...the more I believe it is a kidney stone.

I remember my dad had one and he complained of pain and blockages.

Well I'm not a guy, but if you had sand in the urine...maybe you have sand particials around the head of the penis.  Or maybe you have a kidney stone...that would make it feel blocked.

And unfortunately you just have to pass it.  There isn't much a doctor can do unless it is extremely large and totally cutting off your stream.

I know that is probably not what any man wants to hear!  Sorry!
