Discoloration around the Urethra

I'm not sure how long it has been there but i have black discoloration on the tip of m penis around the urethra. the entire top of my penis is not black, just parts of it. i'm hoping that it's just a dermatology thing but i'm scared that it might be an STD of some kind. Could anyone with a similar problem please answer this question for me? could it be just a skin problem or God forbid an STD?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Discoloration around urethra is not a thing to worry about if it is not causing any symptom. It is normal to have slight discoloration around the genitalia and urethra in some males. It is not  a symptom of any sexually transmitted disease. However if it becomes associated with any symptom like itching, burning, discharge from penis or pain in penis, then it needs to be evaluated.

I hope it helps.Take care and regards.
