What could be causing my urination and ejaculation problems?

I am a young male (early 20s) and actually have two questions concerning different issues but I think they are connected:

1) I have sort of been experiencing this since a circumcision surgery 8 years ago though I guess I've noticed it a little more since I have gotten older: I go to the bathroom but it does not feel like a "relief" as in it feels like there is still a little more that could come out but it does not. I went to a doctor a few months back and he prescribed Vesicare but it does not really seem to be helping me. It's very frustrating because it feels like I cannot entirely empty my bladder even though like 90-95% comes out but that last bit stays in. What could the issue be?

2) This is an ejaculatory issue that has sort of coincided with the first question. When I masturbate, everything is fine and I feel the sensation preceding the climax. However, the actual ejaculation is the problem because it does not feel satisfying/relieving. Like with the first question, it is as if more can definitely come out but it is sort of stuck and stays in (it's not like a lot does not come out, some cases it does but the sensation, or lack thereof, is disappointing). What could be causing this?
