Urine is ejaculated during sex or masturbation as climax occurrs, Holep Procedure was done 7 months ago, and urine flow is good, normal
I would talk to your doctor who performed the HOLEP procedure. Up to 70 percent do have some ejaculation issues after the procedure, usually retrograde ejaculation. Now, it doesn't sound like you are having dry orgasms (which are not harmful other than if you are trying to conceive). The HOLEP is a usually safe procedure.
