Popping sound in back of testicle

So I was laying down when I felt a pop in the back of my right testicle and then it was followed by a very cold sensation. It's been about 45 mins since it happened and my testicle is still very cold. What should I do?

I think it is a medical emergency, call your local emergency health provider immediately.
