Pain in right testicle

Some days ago I felt a little pain in my right testicle and at that time I ignored it, but later on next day the pain was still there so I went to Urologist to get a check up. Testis were not swollen as well so he adviced to give a UltraSound Test. In reports right testicle was found normal but got detected a subclinical Variococele in left testis.
I am wearing gym supporter all day  as advised but the moment after I remove my supporter pain grows up. My question is why nothing was detected in my right testicle?
PS I had fungal infection near my genital area for like month ago, I don't know if it matters but I believe I shoudl state it.
