Urethral Diverticulum, Trauma, STD, What could this be?
Question and hopefully you can assist.
I have issues with incontinence after urination, where urine leaks out of the bottom of my meatus. The glans swells sometimes near the meatus (more on one side) and when I press on it urine discharges. The meatus seems to gape open at the bottom and drips of urine come out (also gapes when erect which is new for me). I have inflammation of the glans with a reddish rash that comes and goes, and general irritation of the meatus/urethra. Doctors have not identified any lesions and I have been tested for major STD's (which men can test for) and am currently awaiting the results of a semen culture. I have been to multiple urologists and there has not been a concrete diagnosis.
Does anyone have a clue what this could be?

@steven1732 Any update on this swelling issue? I still can't figure it out, neither the doctors and it's frustrating as hell.

Unfortunately, I have not had this fully resolved yet. The doctors do not think I am dealing with a STD and all of my tests have checked out fine. They believe I may have a urological problem that has developed over time as I have been well tested for all of the major STDs, etc. The biggest clue is the post-void dribbling and swelling after urination. The rash that I have described above is likely a result of urine dribble, and it has subsided. I have had 2 dermatologists look at it and both say it looks okay. Urine can be really irritating to skin.
A doctor will be giving me a voiding cystourethrogram which will allow them to be able to look at my urethra and evaluate if I have a stricture or something else. This is my next step. I am terrified...
