Hello please help me
I am 13, I am circumcised and I was Masturbating with water and after I have this little red rash on my glans and it hurt for about couple of hours and it's day 3 and the red rash is there and it's not really hurting please can u help me and do I need to see a doctor ..... help I'm scared
Plain water is not good for use as a lubricant for masturbation, as you found out, and it will cause friction irritation. Use baby oil, shampoo, or something that will not be harmful to your skin.

Will it the red ness and the skin peeling go away do I use normal lubricant to get it away? And will I need to go to a doctor
With redness and skin peeling, it sounds like the lack of lubricant caused friction irritation which should heal on its own as long as nothing irritates it further.
Also how would I stay away with it
