I have a fluid like bubble/sac under the tip of my penis what is it?
So I'm 19 and have been sexually active in the past months. I have had the bubble since I can remember. It causes me no pain or anything it just is visually unappealing. I am uncircumcised and it really only is noticeable when I'm erect.
