Lump On Top Of Right Testicle

I'm a 24 Year Old Hispanic Male. Around March 08 I had a distinctive feeling in my left testicle. That feeling you get when you get kicked in the groin region. The doctor had a look at my testicle and I was told it was a infection and prescribed me with Cipro 500mg and Ibuprofen for the pain. About a week and a half ago I began to feel the same pain in my right testicle. When I began to inspect my right testicle I felt a lump on my right testicle. It's located on top of the testicle and when I stand straight I can simply feel a portion of the lump with my index finger. It doesn't seem to be a part of the testicle it just seems to be the top front portion of my testicle. I've also felt a burning sensation in both my testicles as it appears that it moves from one side to the other. My right testicle is very sensitive and it bothers me even when I sit down... What could this be? I just need some insight and it's driving me crazy because I don't have a clue. I'm worried it could be something like Testicular Cancer which I have an appt with my GP on Dec. 8. Any information of what this could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Again!

See your doctor right away. Don't be scared... just do it! Catching something in the early stages is better than waiting around and seeing if it will go away. Trust me. My doctor gave me the results and I was told that I have a small tumor in my right testicle. As you can assume... it might be testicular cancer. So please do be scared... just make an appt for your own peace of mind.

ths happent to me whn i was ten and *** you point out you can feel a little pea shaped object on the top of your testical whn i was 10 years of age i hadd 2 g ohospitaal and thy said it was a testical infection but as you point out again i have the same symptoms as you but.. i dont get burning and iratation i can just feel the little lump on the top of my right testical imm amm nervios 2 go to the docter about it and i feel scared tht it might me tc '' i dont wont to die please help me please with some advice and wht i can do i am 1 now and the lump is still there i am very worried please contact me at my email adress seancairns_94***@**** with some advice.
