23yo boyfriend experiencing leaking. no other symptoms

Greetings,
My boyfriend, who is 23, is concerned about some "leaking" he is experiencing after urination in the past 6-8 months. He has no other urinary related symptoms. We are both free of any sort of STI, etc. He recently saw a family doctor about some sinus issues (allergies) he was experiencing and this urinary issue. He was tested for a UTI which came back negative and prescribed a few meds for his sinuses and Augmentin (antibiotic) for any sort of sinus infection he may have and in case he had some sort of undetected urinary infection. He is nearly done with all of his medication and has not seen any improvement in the leaking he is experiencing. He says he leaks enough to leave one to three quarter sized wet spots on his underwear and sometimes it bleeds through to his pants. If he ejaculates, urinates in the toilet and then sits down he seems to leak urine even more than usual. We just moved to a new state and are low on funds. He is debating on seeing a urologist but, isn't sure how much his insurance will cover. I wanted to see what info I could find about this and possibly gets some answers or direction. Since he doesn't have any other symptoms it's hard to tell if he just leaking naturally or not. Thank you in advance!
