Trace of Blood on dipstick urine test. worried

Hello, I am a 48 male pretty healthy, went for a physical and My doctor gave me a Dipstick test for my urine, and said everything is normal, he said you just have a trace of blood which is normal.  ask if I was concerned he would put me in touch with a Urologist, but he thinks it's pretty normal but up to me.   Any advice?  Nervous, Scared and my Anxiety is high now.    Thank you in advanced
