Pain in penis when moving

To be specific, the pain is inside foreskin, from where it begins. I think it happened when I yesterday just felt the veins inside and I guess I just moved my fingers around the skin from both sides(didn't push the fingers) and after that I get a little pain there whenever I move from like standing to sitting ,or just when sitting and moving a bit.

Penis's take a beating but are still fragile overall. An injury to the penis can cause what you describe. Tenderness in your penis can be because of inflammation and swelling from an injury. I know it seems like you didn't really do anything. Do you think you ruptured the vein? Do you have any bruising?
