Pain on the right side of penis
I have a pain on the right side of my penis base, that is about 3 cm from the base of the penis. The pain started when I used to watch porn movies on my computer and had my penis erect for a long time. Recently, the pain is getting worse and I think due to this pain, I am losing interest in sex. When in bed, sometimes the penis is erect most of the night while I am sleeping and then I get this pain in the morning. I feel that the blood vessel is damaged as I feel a small lump where the pain is. I had Ultrasound done but they did not find any thing.
