Painful penile ridges

I have  two lumps that run perpendicular across the left side of my penis.  The appear to be swollen corpora cavernosa chambers/tissues.   Basically, they are tender spots in my erection and can easily be noticed.  They are sore after ejaculation.  When I am not erect, they are still tender to the touch and sometimes hurt after urination too.  My doc said it probably wasn't Peyronie Disease.  However, I have felt pinched in the side of my penis before during sex.  However, I don't have an oddly curved penis and I never heard a breaking sound associated with a penile fracture.  I'm avoiding sex sometimes because I don't want to have a tender penis.  Any ideas on what this might be?

MNdude11, can you please update us with what happened? I have this exact same condition. You are the first person to describe it so well. I went to a urologist, which ended up being one of the least helpful experiences with a doctor. I'm also struggling with avoiding sex and masturbation, partly because it's uncomfortable, and partly because I've read that if it is Mondors, you should lay off that stuff. It's all very frustrating and I hope your experience turned out alright.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to infected cysts, some benign skin growths or Mondor’s disease. It is superficial thrombophlebitis of the vessels like penile vessels. Cysts are basically painless but can become painful if infected. it can also be dueto  adhesion formation or chrodae. Dense scarring causes penile bowing upon erection and also scar tissue. This may have to be removed surgically. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
