Pea size ball on top of my right testicle

Im really worried about this.I have no idea what it is i,ve had it for like 6 years since like 2003 or 2004 its 2011 and i still have it and i knoe its not cancer because its been a long time! and cancer does not last that much (Maybe)?.Please help me!

Hey Thank you very much for the post i really felt releaved.But im filling minor pain no that much pain but i fill the pain on my right testical and sometimes it gets numb.I have been to my doctor but i dnt trust my doctor really much its a lady and i havent told her and i want a real serious doctor to check me like form the hospital.And Like in 2006 a horse kicked me on my upper right leg close to the penis and never checked it out and i dnt knoe if by the impact that grew there.But i have faith in god that its nothing bad.Thank you very much for your help!

Hello,
This lump can be a sebaceous cyst or a benign growth under the skin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

If it is not growing in size then there is nothing to worry about.
