See my response to you in the Dermatology forum (you have posted the same question 3 times).
There are conditions that can not be cured, but can be managed and Lichen is one of those.
If you have been diagnosed with a Lichen problem, then all you can do is manage the condition. You are not the first person to have this condition, and no doubt will not be the last.
If you are so suicidal, then you must go back to your doctor and explain how you feel. Lichen problems are not life threatening, just very uncomfortable. Feeling suicidal is life threatening.
Go to your doctor to seek help for your depression as soon as possible and the correct medications to manage your condition.
Best wishes.
Can a doctor please respond i'm close to suicide. I've been crying non-stop for the past two days? From everything I've read online their doesn't seem to be a solution!!!!!!!! And how would I get the membrane on the glans to regenerate and regrow back, it's as if it shed away and will never return!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would try optimizing health by making green smoothies, taking L-glutamine for digestion, a prebiotic. Digestion and nutrition are connected to skin quality. Have you tried clear 100% aloe vera? Perhaps vitamin E cream would help as well. For soap use Dove sensitive skin formula. It's unscented, but it smells nice.
