Persistent Swollen/irritated meatus with burning sensesion

Very healthy otherwise 40yo I had unprotected sex with sti free lady but there was a lot of vigorous rubbing. I washed straight after. The same evening I woke up from a burning sensesion on my meatus, urgency to urinate and dripping after urination that has persisted for 3 weeks now. It is no intense that very hard to sleep or concentrate. There are a few days where this gets better on its own. The meatus looks more swollen than usual. I’ve had UTI and STI (9 STIs) culture + swab done twice since, ultrasound and urethroscopy. All negative/nothing to report. Taken doxycicline for 9 days but I think it made no difference. I’m going crazy because the burning/pain sensation om/in the meatus prevents me from sleeping or working. There is obviously some inflamation there but it’s not going away! Please help

Since there is no infection you can use alternating mild baking soda and warm water solution and chamomile tea to rinse it. In the evening with 2 hours in between. Because of the rubbing you can cause microtraumas that make it easy for fungus to develop, so the baking soda will help for that and the chamomile tea will reduce inflammation. Also don't use hard soaps...
