Please help After my epididymitis antibiotic I feel hot again

5 days After my 10days epididymitis antibiotic I feel hot again and my left Testicle sags at night it’s hard to sleep. The next morning it kinda hurts to pee a bit I didn’t get my epididymitis by sex I got it from work exertion (warehouse). My doctor referred me to a urologist but it feels like forever before I get the call. And I was requested for another ultrasound my first ultrasound they didn’t find anything wrong besides my swollen Epididymis. But as scheduling for ultrasound goes it will take a week. I don’t know what to do. I don’t even know if should quit my job they gave me modified duty but this is the last week I’m doing it and my left testicle is still sensitive.

As before, it's uncomfortable but usually not terribly serious. The usual treatments for this (besides the antibiotic) would be wearing very supportive underwear to keep the testicles elevated, avoiding sex or masturbation for now, and probably they might advise putting a cool wet washcloth on the testicles to reduce blood flow & swelling there. Hopefully the next ultrasound will reveal something that helps the medical folks find a cure for you. As I said earlier, it may take a few weeks for this to go away completely, even after finishing the antibiotics. But better advice than I can give is to listen to the medical professionals. If anyone reading this has extensive medical knowledge & training, please jump in and advise Ramdom...
