Please..Any Advice for Frequent Urgent Urination

I am a 24 year old female with a constant need to urinate. Most of the time it is urgent and I have to run to the nearest bathroom to make it without having an accident. I have had a history when I was little, about the age of 10 to about 18, where I would have constant bladder infections but never anything like this. This has lasted for almost a solid 6 months and Im not sure where or who to turn to now about all of this. I have seen a urologist and had a cystoscopy that came out normal and I was tested for an infection that was Negative. I have cut out the caffeine, and I drink a lot of water. I would love to be able to take or drink cranberry but I am allergic. Is there any home remedies that anyone knows of that is as effective as cranberry?-- And.. Is there any tests I should consider getting done?

Hello,
From the symptoms urge incontinence needs to be ruled out. It is is leakage of urine due to bladder muscles that contract inappropriately. It can be due to bladder inflammation , infection, obstruction, bladder outlet obstruction or bladder stones.
Diagnostic tests that may be performed include Urinalysis, Urine culture, X-rays of the kidneys, post voidal residual volume, urodynamic studies, Cystoscopy, IVP, Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

I will be 29 in a few months, I have also suffered from frequent and urgent urination for several years, and cannot even jump rope or have a forceful sneeze without trouble.  Have you had any children?  Sometmes giving birth can really change your bladder control.  Also, my doctor suggested doing kegal exercises on a daily basis.  Otherwise, I am still looking over my solutions.  I did notice, however, that when I began having trouble with kidney stones, I also, began feeling even more urgency to urinate and even........embarassing but true.............wet the bed and even wet myself while in the grocery store because I couldn't make it to the restroom.  However, during that time and also to this day, I cannot fully empty my bladder, causing pain and discomfort.
