Post-Urination Pain

i am having some post-urination pain and some lower back pains. these pains are similar to constipation pains and back cramps. i have recently been hospitalized for a UTI and a gallbladder infection. im not sure what the problem with my gallbladder was (the doctors said there was a grainy-like substance covering the gallbladder). im not sure what the problem is. i am also dedicating bile. i cant tell if it is a UTI or a gallbladder problem. i also have Discord Lupus and Graves Disease, which i though may cause a low immune system, so it could be both. i would greatly appreciate a medical professionals assistance. thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Post urination and lower back pain primarily indicates a urinary problem only. These symptoms have got nothing to do with the gall bladder problem and thus I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist for the same as you might need further investigations to assess the cause of the pain which could be due to a stone in the urinary tract. An ultrasound/CT-IVU (intravenous urography) may be required for the confirmation of the diagnosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
