I am having a small red patch on my corona or my penis ring.

I had unprotected sex and after few days I was maturbating and while cleaning I saw a white patch in my uthera.i went to a doctor he said its not a hiv and gave me Allegra-120 and told me to masturbate after 1 day for 5 times.as I did that I saw a little red round shape patch ( no puss in it) on my corona or the ring,as I also did my hiv test along herpes and VDRL.they all came negetive and dr said its nothing to be panic now. But seeing that white patch and red bump is not going away,as what it could be.can after testing negitive could I get std again.one more ques is that after getting negitive what is the window period to try testing for std.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to yeast infection or balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, pls don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then consult a urologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
