Hi,
Have you been experiencing any difficulty in retracting the foreskin over the glans?
Do you remember if there was any sort of trauma to the glans at the time of the said encounter?
Sometimes, trauma to the glans would result in a swelling that would prevent the foreskin from being moved easily over the glans. This would result in discoloration of the glans as well as predisposing to other infections on account of the diificulty in cleaning the glans.
An infection called chancroid would also have initially presented without much pain but would have grown to dimensions requiring medical attention within about 20 days.
If you are indeed facing difficulty retracting the foreskin, you should consider the possibility that this could be paraphimosis, arising secondary to some trauma.
If you think there is a possibility that the symptoms could be specific to an yeast infection, you would need to get a culture done for any fungal organism after a urine exam.
Until you are sure of what the condition could be, it would be best to improve your immunity and to try and cleanse your system with a lot of water. You can do the following:
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
Add vitamin C and B- complex to your regular vitamins.
Start taking 2 capsules of cod-liver oil after a meal. This restores your mucosal integrity helping the body heal and prevents further infections by improving immunity.
Drink citrus juices that can acidify the urine.
Maintain good hygiene of the affected region while being gentle.
Do not resist the urge to urinate.
Do Keep us posted on your progress.
