Please Help, Penis Is Possibly Swollen
When I went to pee today I realized that my penis looked a bit different. The head of my penis looks more bigger on the right side, making it either look swollen or like it has a tumor or something, I don't know. It doesn't hurt to pee or anything.But it's freaking me out. It looks uneven, it doesn't really look straight. It's not curved up or down or anything but it definitely looks uneven on the right side. It kind of burns too and yesterday when I woke up I had a wet dream and it hurt. Whenever I have wet dreams, they usually hurt for some reason but when I have orgasms when awake, they don't hurt at all. I don't know if this is serious but I hope it is t cancer. Can someone please tell me what this may be? I need advice/help as soon as possible. I'm only 18 and not sexually active btw
