Swollen meatus irritated glans

Hi,

In Feb of this year i received unprotected oral sex from a csw.

2 weeks after my meatus became painful when rubbing on underwear which it never had before

The glans around the meatus get very red and looks sore.

I am circumcised so not sure if this is balanitis which the Dr said it was? The redness is around the meatus.

I have tested for STI using urine test and all came back clear

Dermatologist and sti clinic prescribed me various steroid/fungal creams which have had no impact at all

Some days it looks ok but worst after masturbation, also urinating stings after masturbation/ejaculation

The meatus is swollen in the morning and appears puffy, it subsides throughout the day but the skin can become red and it can look sore and irritated. Penis head appears swollen when erect and has small dots covering the penis head which i dont remember being there before

Any advice would be really helpful as it has been there since Feb.

Many thanks

Have you had a chance to go back to the doctor since you last posted here in July? It seems they weren't doing a whole lot for you, at the time.

Yes I have been back, they keep prescribing different creams.

I have been prescribed a steroid/fungal, Steroid cream and a bacterial cream.

I have done urine samples all showing clear, I havent had a urethral swab done

I'm sorry you're still going through this. Have you had a chance to get to a urologist?

I havent been to a urologist yet but i think that is the right thing to do.
I agree. You've tried everything else, so it's time.

Let us know how it goes.
