Groin pull from tight psoas or iliopsoas muscle. There are specific exercises for this, so a personal trainer who is very educated in this or a physical therapist could help you, but you'd need a referral for that. Or at least go on Youtube and google stretches for groin pull, psoas, iliopsoas.
You may be exercising in an imbalanced way. Happens to many athletes.

Went to a PT and found out that this wasn't what was causing the pain. My iliopsoas was fine. Still don't know what's wrong and I'm still in pain. It's going on 7 months and I'm seriously lost:( my family doctor put me on an anti depressant/anti anxiety medication because he thinks it's all in my head! I wish it was because I could just shut it off.
