UTI test negative, STD test negative, UTI symptoms continue!!

I had urgency and just the feeling of having to push after urinating. My boyfriend had mentioned that he was having a strange feeling in his testicles kind of a tickling or itching that would come and go, no discharge no pain just urgency as well.  I went into the clinic who tested me for UTI, which came out negative. The clinic gave me Zithromax 1g just in case I had an STD, and a Rocephine shot, and Diflucan because she said it looked like I may have a little yeast. They tested for Gonnorhea/Clamydia which came back negative as well. Four days later and I have the urge to push when peeing a lot, is this due to maybe not taking enough fluids in with the antibiotics or is this a side effect from them?
