Pain in right testicle and Butt area and right leg

Iam having this problem for the past 2.5 years. There is a constant pain in the testicle area some times dull ,and some times more pain ful . This pain also shoots to my buttock .
This gets aggaravated when :
After i ejaculate ( after 4-5 min ) and this  pain will come to normal mild pain after 1-2 days.
Recently i joned a GYM and if i do some strenuous exercises.

This gets releived.
When iam in a swimming pool i dont even feel the pain . It will be normal.
When i apply ice near my HIP region and upper part of my buttock.
Putting Ice near my HIP will gretaly reduce the pain in the testilce.

I went through all the tests, MRI , Blood tests, Doppler of whole abdomen,Scrotum , Not even once the reports showed any descrepancy. I viisted so many doctors none of them are able to figure it out. Please help.

From the symptoms two important possibilities that need to be ruled out are prostatitis and hernia. You can provide support to the scrotum by wearing an athletic supporter, apply ice to the scrotum, take warm baths if there are signs of inflammation, while lying down, place a rolled towel under your scrotum or try over-the-counter pain relievers, like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

But do visit your doctor if the symptoms persist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I am 87 y.o. and began experiencing bouts of pain in right testicle some years ago.  When they worsened l saw my doctor and had scan etc. but told of no consequence.  This has now reoccurred but more severely and extended to my right hip/ lower back which is extremely painful.  I had an aortic aneurysm 30 years ago and the subsequent surgery left me unable to produce sperm and with a numb right big toe which sensation would extend to foot ankle leg when walking.  This has worsened over the years and I can't help but associate it with this current problem.  My doctor is uncommitted to my theory
