2 month uti or prostatitis

Last two months have been quite irritating. When I moved, I was helping my friend lift heavy stuff, and through that my lower back has gone out. He lucky popped it back in place. After that, I remember having sex with my wife (we are both disease free), and did not urine or clean my penis after tht. The next day, I had a pitching feeling at the tip of my penis. Doc did some urine and std test, came back negative adn was put on suflaxmole and trim. Took that for a week, and the pitching feeling was gone. During that medication, I did , one night, have a serve pain in my left testicle and left inner groin. Since then, I haven't had that much pain. Well, two weeks after I have been having some IBS issues, in which if I feel gas going down, my abdomon starts to hurt to the point of crying. i found walkign help and a diet too. So, I went to the doc because I notice that after urinating a lot, my penis urethra became real sore (mostly peed a lot from being down and cleaning weeds). So the doc put me on Cipro. Took it and it did help, except for the joint and popping sounds in my back and neck. After that, I was a bit fine. However, recently I did a three mile walk to pick up cans, and some cans were found on a hill which required me to use my legs to lift my body up. After that and sitting down in a yoga sitting position, my pains start to come back to the point where there is pain in my penis and inner thigh and groin. I tried to take a hot shower, but even that made it worse. My back feel out of wack, and I notice that anything that deals with pelvic or hip movement irritates  my penis . So far not much burning when urinaing. Only pain when I sit, lean on a leg, bend over, or exercise my pelvic region. Any ideas

I also want to add onto this. I notice recently that my penis starts to throb when I masterbate or start to move my penis in a up or down position. Any kind vibration effects it.

I would highly recommend that you see if you can get a referral to a pelvic pain Physical therapist.  They are amazing..,it would be best if you could see a uro and a good PT to rule out all the issues contributing to your problem!
