What to do with bruises on my foreskin that won't go away?

The bruises were caused initially by periods of intense masturbation which resulted in penile swelling apart from the bruising itself. The swelling has long since wore off but the bruises persisted.

They never presented much of a problem however, upon taking considerable amounts of a vasoconstrictive drug, the bruises (by themselves, without any additional stimulation) started hurting and sort of worsened themselves. It's only from then on that they became really noticeable. They still don't hurt (now that there's no vasoconstriction) and masturbation and everything else is normal.

However, the bruises don't really get better over time. I abstained from masturbation and they didn't change at all, which worries me a bit. It has been months and they are still persisting. They are dark purple to brownish, depending on how much the skin is stretched (from not stretched at all to stretched, respectively)

Any help would be amazing (besides a recommendation to go to a dermatologist), thanks :)
