White marks on penis

I am 39+ years and found white marks around foreskin and could not understand what are they.  I am facing the following problems with the said white marks/spots:

1)  feeling tightness around penis at spotted area (like putting rubber band on penis) during full erection;
2)  finding cracks on white spots after sexual intercourse and some irritation while pulling up the foreskin;

Please note that I did not find any irritation during urination.

Also finding white skin around (few) around forehead.

Can you please advise on "what is the problem" and "medication to be taken for curing the said problem"..

Thank you,
KKR1971

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the possibilities for your symptoms is balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed.In addition,pls don’t use any cosmetics on the penis,instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin.Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
