White secretion in urine, what may be the possible causes?
(18m) What could be the likely causes of prostatic secretion in urine for over a year. No pain, sometimes the secretion is during urine sometimes after exerting pressure immediately after flow stops. Don't know if related but also some difficulty voiding if drinking way more water than usual and also have noticed loss of morning wood. Also, never been sexually active. opinions welcome
