Thank you for your dr, when you say situtation is not curable do you mean it is risky/dangerous? Doctor she also has pain in her stitches area from within much like a catch(Re-implantation site). Is she at some risk? Doctor please reply.
Hi there!
Fresh blood in stools is known as haematochezia in medical terms and indicates a lower GI bleed like piles, rectal ulcers, fissures, fistulas etc. Rarely a few infections/ inflammations may also present with fresh blood in stools. Ureteral re-implantation is unlikely to result in blood in stools, though the possibility fistula/ trauma may need to be considered. GI bleeding is unlikely to be related due to a previous stage 1B cervical cancer, though in the rare chance of it being related, the situation may not be curable. It would be best to consider an evaluation by a primary care physician or a gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
Hope this helps.
Take care!
