kidney stone stuck in bladder/urethra

I went to ER Sunday morning due to extreme back and abdominal pain along with nausea and vomiting.  After a CT scan was completed, they found a 5 mm kidney stone.  The ER doctor said it was at the neck of the ureter and bladder and when my pain was gone, that it meant the stone had moved into the bladder.  The pain subsided before leaving the hospital, however, I never found the stone in my urine and I have a continual bloated feeling and after urinating do not feel my bladder completely emptied.  Could the kidney stone be lodged at the neck of the bladder and urethra?  I am still drinking lots of water with lemon and straining my urine, but there has been no change as of Monday night. thanks!
