overstretched bladder from heavy water intake

Hello Friends and Experts guys ,

I am 44 male  and having frequent urination problems , night time 2-3 times ,daytime 5-6 time between 9 am to 3 pm , evening it get stop .

All of my research symptoms on the Internet suggest I have a ...
1. prostrate problem
2. cyst in baldder right abdoemen
3 . high sugar level in blood and high blood pressure
4. anxiety problem , palpitation heart
5. overstretched bladder from  heavy water intake ( when i was 31 year old and got married , for few months i used to drink lot of water before sleep. so that I could wake in night and have sex . its silly ideas as i was not having alarm to wake up. i know this is main reason. and created cyst of water of 15 mm size right side above bladder  )
6.Trauma from injury or accidents with damage to the urethra or bladder
I think I have nerve related problem with my bladder, but not sure since there was injury in childhood (age 11 ) when i did bycyle stunt as a kid and fell down on a frame of a bicycle between the legs. but i was ok after 1-2 days at that time.

I feel  light pain in the lower right of the abdomen before urination and it goes off after urination. After eating good food for bladder calming e.g., cranberry , low sugary , pain goes off.

So My gut feeling says I have this problem of stop-and-start-urination due to 5 th or 6 th symptoms above

Can you suggest me something related to( 5 & 6 th )this? . I visited Urologist and did all check , scan  and he said all ok till  date.

Thank you for your time.
