a bit of stinging after pee

I'm hoping this is related to masturbating too much too quickly. A couple days ago I happened to do it twice, possibly within two hours of each other. For the past two days, I've felt a bit of stinging when I pee, however, it's only at the end of when I finish. The masturbation occurred within the underwear, I do not have frequent urges to go to the bathroom nor do I feel any heaviness in the testicles or groin area. Is it possible to have this stinging feeling carry on for a couple days? It isn't extremely severe like glass coming through the urine, and I don't feel any burning sensation in my penis when not urinating. I've been drinking a lot of water and everything seems clear and no discharge or blood or anything is present. Any ideas?

Hey all, so symptoms seems to have kind of declined. I accessed my results from the urgent care clinic and everything came back normal: urinalysis, dipstick test, and GC/CT test came back clear. I was wondering if going to the bathroom early that morning or eating breakfast could've skewed these results, however, I was told this isn't the case. I've been forcing myself to drink a ton of water and even doing cranberry juice. At times when I really have to go my bladder feels tight when releasing and even afterward. Stream is still clear and everything..... I've got an appt next friday. Any ideas?

Hey doctor, it's been about maybe 10 days now. I took some doxycycline and some  azithromycin. Overall things have been better. I still have a clear stream of urine, sometimes theres some stinging, sometimes not. I didn't masturbate during this time but i did yesterday and now i think i irritated it again? Is this possible, how long do I have to stave off masturbation for? A good 2-3- weeks?

Dear doctor,

went to the doc today, he said the urine sample when they ran the tests showed nothing. No white blood cells or what not. He's thinking its NGU, so he prescribed some antibiotics. Here's to hope!

Hello,
Urethritis can be caused by chemical irritation caused by soaps, lotions etc, masturbation and bacterial infections of the urethra.

In urethritis the diagnosis can be made only by the proper collections of urine specimens from both the urethra and the bladder. These specimens will reveal the presence of white blood cells in the urethral washings, while the midstream (bladder) specimen will be free of cells. Also other tests that need to be done are swab samples and blood tests.

I would suggest a urologist’s consultation and the above investigations to be done to confirm the diagnosis. Till then drink plenty of water, avoid using any soap and cosmetics  and wear cotton clothes to avoid any allergic reaction.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Additionally sir, assuming what i read is correct about STD's cannot be transferred through clothing, I should also say that my girlfriend regularly gets screened for STD's and is all clean. I've never been with anyone except her, and I've felt this type of pain before when I was younger, probably when I got soap down there. It stings more when I try to pee faster, I've heard skin tags could be a possibility?

Thank you for your time.

Thank you sir, I've had a feeling like this when I was younger, and I'm sure it was because I got soap down there. I haven't gotten unprotected sex down there recently when this all occured. I've read it could be a skin tag even?

Hello,
It looks like urinary tract infection or urtehritis to me. Urinary tract (which consists of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and the urethra) infections are very common in young women. Symptoms of UTI are frequent urination, burning sensation during urination, passing of blood in urine and even fever. The most common causes of repeated UTIs are kidney stones and diabetes mellitus.

Making a diagnosis of a urinary tract infection includes performing a urinalysis test, which checks for the presence of pus, white blood cells, and bacteria in the urine, which point to a urinary tract infection. A urine culture and sensitivity is usually performed to find the exact microorganism that is causing the infection and to determine the most effective antibiotic to treat it.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
