penis pain

About 3 weeksago during sex, my wife bent my erect penis and it caused some temporary pain.   Afterwards, I felt fine when my penis was not erect.  There were no bruises. The next day i went to a urologist, he did Ultrasound of my Penis and ruled out any fracture.  He said its some trauma. Also he did urine & blood tests as well. He gave me pills. Its now 3 weeks, However, whenever I get erect I still get an internal pain which is less, but still pain is there.. This pain always goes away when I'm flacid.   I can't find anything to explain this phenomenon and am worried about permanent damage. Will the pain get lesser by time or it can be permenant?
Plz let me know.
Regards.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I will stay away from Mastubation or intercourse.
They pain has already been reducing, but still there. I hope it will go away gradually.
Its been more than 3 months, but just from yesterday, i am feeling a very LITTLE pressure on my testes & little below my stomach. I hope this is not due to the penile trauma?
Or is this the result of my tension over the penile trauma or is the result of the Tablets prescribed by urologist. Here are the tablets pres. by the Dr:
*Daflon 500mg( Diosmin 90%;flavonoids expressed as hesperidin: 10%)
*Calcium & Vitamin tablets.

Please let me know. Do i really need to see the Dr. again( As i am out of India & its vry much expensive here) for the above said complcation, i mean is this the result of the penile trauma or just something else.
REGARDS.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is good that you have consulted a urologist and got an ultrasound and examination done. This pain in penis can be due to some nerve compression or irritation in penis which is exaggerated when the penis is erect. This should go away gradually. Do not indulge in rough intercourse or masturbation for the time being.

If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
