Mistakes During Puberty Lead to "flawed" Penis?

This is a long drawn out question/theory that's not easy for me to talk about so thanks for taking the time to read this. As a boy I was one of the first to hit puberty. During that time my mother used to buy me extremely tight briefs. I never said anything about it for whatever reason. In order to diminish the pain these tight briefs caused, I would tuck my penis upward (as if there was negative gravity). Because of the constant rubbing, I would get frequent erections that pointed "up". It took my pediatrician to notice the size of my penis (undersized), and convinced my mother to buy me boxers (I was maybe 11ish?). On top of that, when I was 12 or 13, I got circumcised.

Today my penis is very undersized, maybe 2-3 in flaccid and 3-4 in erect, and very thin. And I know for a fact that small penises do NOT run in my family, so it couldn't be genetic. Also my erections still curve up, at about a 150 degree curved angle. Its also very easy for me to get erections, as if there's something physiologically wrong easy.

So here's my theory and let me know what you think. I believe my excessively tight underwear caused severe lack of blood flow to my penis during puberty, resulting in it not growing. I feel like the blood vessels were growing, but because there was a severe lack of space the erectile tissue had no room to grow and just ceased to grow at that point. On a side note, apart from getting very frequent erections, I get "shrinkage" very frequently, even the slightest drop in temperature will cause it to shrink.

And as usual, is there anything I can do now at 20 years old. Thanks for taking the time to read this?

I also have this theory that tight underwear and tight jeans during puberty can hinder the growth of the penis. I mean it is logical that the erectile tissue can only get so bag as it has space. I hit puberty very late and from 13 years two 25 I always wore wide boxer shorts. My flaccid length is 4,8-6 inches and my erect length 7.3 inches. I hate that there is not study about the effect of the tightness of clothes during puberty and penis sitze. I am interested in it. Every urologist I ask they just say that tight underwear and tight jeans has not effect on the penis size. But I can truly believe it. Ok 90% is genetic, but I also guess that the other 10% is tightness of clothes and nutrition during puberty. And also hormones play a role. Not just genetics.

Hello,
The size of an erect penis is usually over 2 inches is normal. If it is less than 2inches, it is a condition called micropenis.  The woman’s vaginal length adjusts according to the penis size. There are no pills that can increase the size as advertized.

However for the erections in the upward direction, peyronie’s disease should be ruled out.

Peyronie’s disase is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis. These plaques cause the penis to be bent. The disease starts as a small bump or constriction on the shaft of the penis below the skin and then consequently curving of the erect penis occurs. Treatment is by medicines like vitamin E, colchicines, Verapamil or Potoba and surgical intervention which is the definitive treatment.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
