crawling feeling left testicle
I've been on nexium for 2 weeks for acid reflux issue. I've had a lot of side effects which caused me to stop . A few days ago my left testicle became very sore when I sit I feel some discomfort. I do sit a lot at work and not sure why I feel this sore crawling feeling. I have checked for lumps all looks good. Any suggestions

This crawling sensation can be due to overmasturbation causing nerve compression, prolonged sitting, allergic reaction, anxiety, contact dermatitis, diabetes, prostatitis, genital herpes or diabetes or vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. You can take some vit B12 for some days like Neurobion and see if the crawling sensation is gone or not.
If symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
