First of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me, I really apreciated your help.
29th of december went back to the same Dr and explained the situation and according to him my test results were normal (mentioned below)
Uretral discharge D.Smear (gram's stain)
W.B.C.(h.p.f.) 2-3
Ep. Cell (h.p.f.) 1-2
no gram negative diplocicci seen

Uretral Discharge culture
Staph. epidermidis (no pathogenic) isolated

However as I had still some clear discharges and pain around my back and testical area he decided to give me a single doze of Togamycin and 2 x 2 x 250 gr metanizadol and 2x1x100gr Phenazopyridine.
as per the prescription I ve started using the medication and the same day I got the injection, after the injection I started feeling perfect, pain disapeared, no more discharges etc..
But today evening again started getting some discharges and some pain around my lower back.
Seriously I dont know what to do now,  tomorrow I m thinking to go and see him again and I really would like to have your opinion about this.
My best regards

P.S :happy new year..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

Generally these colonies of bacteria are resistant to penicillin and methicillin. Only those colonies sensitive to methicillin will be killed by Ofloxacin and Naficillin. I would suggest an antibiotic sensitivity test for the colony of staph to see which antibiotic is strongest against them. Vancomycin, gentamycin, rifampicin are some antibiotics used.

It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Discuss this with your doctor and see what he says. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
