Why is his penis numb
My boyfriend was single for 12 years, has no STDs, he has had a low sex drive since I met him, 3 months ago he started having problems peeing it was hard for him to start a stream now his penis is completely numb, he can’t feel himself peeing or tell when he is done, he can’t feel anything except a tingle in his penis or testicals
He should see a urologist. You don't say how old he is, but possibilities could be prostate for the stream issue, but also testosterone level for low libido and erection issues and numbness. And yes, diabetes as well, or combination of all. Anyway, definitely a job for a urologist.
I'm not a medical professional, so just going to take a guess at this. It sounds like some kind of problem with the nerves in the genital region. Is he perhaps Diabetic? I know Diabetes can affect nerve functions & also can contribute to low sex drive & sometimes difficulty getting and/or keeping an erection. Has he ever had any injury to the genital area that could explain nerve damage? Ultimately I think he's going to need to get medical help, probably can start with a regular Dr. (GP), if that doesn't help, he should see a Urologist. I hope he can get this diagnosed & treated...
