vein that is bulging leading up to the head of Penis

so recently i had sex with my girlfreind for a little under a hour, this was about double the time we usualy last. I am not Circumcised, so the skin was pulled back the whole time we had sex, after all that the head of my penis was verry large due to the amount of blood I would assume. later it whent back down to size and thought nothing of it, the next day the head is still irritated, and the vein right under or below leading up to my head is bulging more than usual. and I dont know why that is? or if something is wrong? could it be a pintched nerve? please advise???

Hi,

thank you for the response,

My condition since it happened is actually verry well, i dont have any pain. it just a vein that seems to be raised and a little harder than usual. before it was really big, but now its going down. my question is after it got so big, is it supose to go down 100%. because i can still kinda see it and feel it.

and i havent seen any problems with erections and urination.

I also heard that asparin is good for irritation and inflamtion, is this correct?

what else should i do, and will this vein continue to go up every time I have intercourse?

Hi,

How is your condition?

Sexual activity does increase blood flow in the area. At this point this appears to be a prominent vein and this may be an effect of the prolonged sexual activity.

Is there any pain?
Are  there any problems with an erection or urination?

If there are no associated symptoms, then this may not be something which requires an urgent intervention. Just continue to observe your symptoms. You may need to refrain from any sexual activity for a while.

If pain is present and if the condition persists then you may seek consult with a urologist.
