Raw foreskin and penis head torn around frenulum after painful handjob - HELP? :'(
For the first time I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with a stranger which included a painful handjob. The next day I noticed my penis felt tingly/itchy. I checked and saw when I pulled back my foreskin there's a very red/raw area (https://a.pomf.cat/obzaie.png). Then worse, when I rotate my penis even more I can see the frenulum is all weird (https://a.pomf.cat/ynchtg.png). The area around it seems to be all torn up. My frenulum was never this visible, I can see it much more clearly along the side of my penis head. It's like it surfaced.
What the hell is going on here? It's been a week and it hasn't gotten better. Still feel it at times too. I plan on seeing a doctor. I'm assuming this is the result of the handjob and not any sort of STD because it doesn't hurt when I pee or anything.
