Hi everyone.A few months ago I had a laparoscopic myomectomy

Ever since that I have been having a feeling of fullness and heaviness in my vagina as if my organs are falling down and my muscles feel a bit tight. My gyno assured me everything is fine and there is no prolapse.I found out I have a vitamin D deficiency(current level is 19ng/ml).I know for sure that two years ago my levels were 12ng/ml and I had severe muscle weakness and pain on my legs.Is it possible that vitamin d deficiency is responsible for muscle weakness of the pelvic floor?Could it also cause tightness/pain in the vagina?Thank you.
